How it works

Our site is based on an quote / order system. Collection is available in Port Elizabeth and we accept Debit and Credit Cards.  Orders country wide will be couriered.

Orders if not in stock can take between 4-7 working days for delivery.  For collection orders R500 and above we require a 50% deposit to confirm otherwise we work on a trust system if your order is below R500. 

Some of our items are locally made and by supporting us you support local and family-run businesses!

You will receive an SMS or E-mail confirming your order.  

We will contact you to confirm your order and ensure everything is correct.  This will generally take place via SMS or E-mail. 

We accept all forms of payment.  For collections orders over R500 will require a 50% deposit to secure the order.  For couriered items we will require full payment via EFT.

For collection clients if stock is available we will contact you to collect.  Our generally lead time on orders is 4 – 7 days, courier depending.  

Refund Policy

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Gift Cards are Non-Returnable Items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that has been opened and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process can take up to 7-14 working days.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@simplyonlineshop.co.za.  We will arrange with you to collect the item from you.
  • Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
